• The ‘MASOUTIS SCAN&SHOP’ pioneering application stood out at the Lighthouse Ε-volution Awards 2017, where, for the sixth year in a row, awards were given out for the best practices in electronic commerce and business. It won an award in the category of ‘Innovation & Research / Electronic Business Innovation’.

2014 • 4th prize in the2014 Awards for the Best Workplaces in Greece Diamantis Masoutis S.A. has received the 4th prize in the Best Workplaces in Greece 2014 competition according to the Great Place to Work Institute Hellas. The Best Workplaces’ research, carried out by the Great Place to Work Institute, is the largest workplace evaluation research to be conducted in Greece. What makes its evaluation different is the fact that the greatest weight is placed on the final score gained from the answers of the employees themselves. As a point of interest, Diamantis Masoutis S.A. gained 4th place in the Best Workplaces in Greece for 2012 also.
• European Business Awards 2013/14 Diamantis Masoutis S.A. received the Ruban d’ Honneur award for excellent financial performance in the European Business Awards 2013/14 and reached the final stage of the European competition. The company has the distinction of being among the 10 finalists in the category: Τhe Infosys Business of the Year Award for businesses with turnover of €150m or higher. The winners in each category will be announced in the third and final round. In the first round, some 15,000 companies took part from 27 countries. Diamantis Masoutis S.A. made it through all the rounds and is now among the 10 best companies in Europe!
• Franchise Business Awards 2014 Diamantis Masoutis S.A. has received the Best Franchise Manager award at the Franchise Business Awards 2014 for express markets (special collaborations-franchise). The 6th prize-giving ceremony for the Franchise awards took place on Wednesday 29 January under the aegis of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EBEA), the National Confederation of Hellenic Commerce (ESEE) and the Greek Franchise Association (SFE). The 22 best chains which stood out for their performance and their developmental initiatives in 2013 all received awards.

2013 • Gold Stevie Winner 2013 - Διεθνή βραβεία επιχειρηματικότητας Diamantis Masoutis has won the gold award as Company of the year at the 10th “Stevie-International Business Awards”. The award ceremony was held in Barcelona on 14 October 2013 where Diamantis Masoutis S.A. went away with the Company of the Year prize in the Diversified Services including Retail category.
• European Business Awards 2012/13 Honorary distinction 'Ruban d’ Honneur' (for being one of the 10 best companies in its category) and qualification to the final round of the 'European Business Awards 2012-13'. Diamantis Masoutis S.A. is the only Greek company to qualify in its category - Τhe Infosys Business of the Year Award.
• European Business Awards 2013/14 Diamantis Masoutis S.A. stood out as a National Finalist and qualified for the next stage of the European Business Awards 2013/2014. It is the only enterprise from the supermarket sector among the top 50 companies that will be representing Greece at the European Business Awards and contesting for the Ruban d' Honneur distinction.
• A diamond of the Greek economy – 'Diamonds of the Greek Economy' business excellence award – The Most Admired Enterprises 2013 Diamantis Masoutis S.A. won a 'Diamonds of the Greek Economy' award as one of the healthiest developing enterprises (Diamonds of the Greek Economy-The Most Admired Enterprises) during an event organised by Stat Bank. The outstanding companies received awards based on 10 strict economic criteria set by Stat Bank.
• Business ΙΤ Excellence Awards – Business Intelligence/Analytics The pioneering masinfo project, the code name of the QlikView solution of DCW Software Hellas chosen by the company to respond to its needs for personalised information and analysis of various corporate parameters, won a top distinction at the Business IT Excellence Awards in the IT sector and the Business Intelligence/Analytics category.
• 7th place in best work environment for 2013 at the Best Workplaces Greece 2013 awards.
• 18th place in best work environment for 2013 at the Best Workplaces Europe 2013 awards. Diamantis Masoutis S.A. is one of the 8 Greek companies that stood out among the top 100 with the best work environment in Europe for 2013. The company won 18th place in the category 'The Best Large Workplaces in Europe in 2013'.
• Distinction in 5 categories at the 'Self-service Εxcellence Αwards 2013' 1. Digital Communication / Mobile Media for the creation of the masoutis smartphone app. Diamantis Masoutis S.A. is the first company in the supermarket sector to create a smartphone app with advanced functions and characteristics. 5. Common Promotional Actionsfor the joint action 'I Clean Greek-I Support Greece', in cooperation with Henkel.

2012 • 4th position for Best Workplaces 2012 from the research Best Workplaces carried out by the Great Place to Work Institute, one of the largest research institutes evaluating workplaces in Greece.
• Received awards in 3 categories for the self-service Εxcellence Αwards 2012 1. For the ‘Development/Investment Activities’ category regarding its new logistics centre. 2. For the ‘Human Resources Management’ category. At a time when work relations are in crisis, Diamantis Masoutis S.A. has managed to preserve an excellent working environment and has increased its staff by creating new employment positions and to guarantee a fine work environment, providing training and educational opportunities. 3. For the ‘Customer Segmentation’ category regarding the extremely effective collaboration with MEVGAL beyond the usual trade collaboration practices and in the spirit of absolute mutual trust and eagerness for innovation.
• Entered the Guinness Book of Records for the largest number of men shaving simultaneously as a means of providing significant financial assistance to the children at the Papafeion Orphanage in Thessaloniki as well as to the Greek Children's Village in Filyro.
• Diamantis Masoutis S.A. was among the 28 major companies which as a National Finalist represented Greece in the following round of the European Business Awards 2012/13. It was judged to be one of the 14 leading Greek companies and reached the semi-finals and was awarded the title of ‘Ruban D'Honneur’ among the 110 leading European companies (that is, the best ten in each award category). In 2012 for the first time the public had the chance to take part and vote for the company of its choice after watching the participants videos uploaded onto the European Business Awards website. Indeed, Diamantis Masoutis S.A. received the most votes from the public.

2011 • Famous Brands 2011 in Greece, Golden Reputation Award 2011, awarded by Reputation Management Institute in the Super Market category – Recognition by consumers of trade marks which have the best reputation in the Greek market.
• Received the True Leader 2010 award in the annual True Leaders competition by the ICAP Group under the aegis of the Minister of Development, Competition and Shipping.

2010 • At the end of 2010 received an international award from the World Confederation of Businesses called THE BIZZ 2010 TROPHY (WORLD BUSINESS EXCELLENCE- WORLD BUSINESS LEADER CERTIFICATE).
• In 2010 and 2011 received the accolade of being one of the strongest companies in Greece and standing out for its consistency in its financial transactions. According to the data of Icap Group, Masoutis is included among the ‘STRONGEST COMPANIES IN GREECE’. • Awarded the 2010 prize for perfection, quality and ideal performance at the Berlin International independent OTHERWAYS event.
• At the 1st Festival of Innovation organised by the Trade and Industrial Chamber and the Thessaloniki International Fair in 2010, Mr Diamantis Masoutis was awarded with the Innovation prize for the first green store in Chloe Kastoria. He received the accolade for his valuable contribution in promoting innovation.

2009 • Awarded the ‘Excellence in Products & Services’ prize at the International independent Spanish ‘Trade Leader’s Club’ in Madrid.
• Received once again the prize for ‘Leader in Prestige and Quality 2009’ from the international Spanish organisation ACTUALIDAD.

2006
• Paris: received another award for progress in the area of quality from the international independent organisation, BID.

2005
• Received the Arch of Europe international distinction in Frankfurt for companies showing the greatest improvement in applying quality principles.

2003
• Received the International Gold Award for Dedication to Quality from the independent international organisation, BID (Business Initiative Directions) as a part of the World Quality Commitment held in Paris.
