Η Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινων Πόρων της Διαμαντής Μασούτης Α.Ε. φροντίζει για τη διαρκή εκπαίδευση και επιμόρφωση των εργαζόμενων. Η εκπαίδευση αφορά σε όλα τα αντικείμενα, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε θέματα πωλήσεων, επικοινωνίας, ομαδικότητας, υποκίνησης, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.

Επίσης, στα πλαίσια της γιορτής, μοιράζονται και τα δώρα δεκαπενταετίας και εικοσαετίας (ρολόγια) στους υπαλλήλους που συμπληρώνουν τα αντίστοιχα χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας στην εταιρία.

Εδώ και 25 χρόνια η Τράπεζα αίματος Μασούτη για το προσωπικό της εταιρείας λειτουργεί στο Ιπποκράτειο νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης. Κάθε χρόνο διενεργούνται 2 αιμοδοσίες στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας.

Η εταιρεία έχει ομάδα μπάσκετ και ομάδα ποδοσφαίρου. Απαρτίζονται από εργαζόμενους και συμμετέχουν στα πρωταθλήματα που διοργανώνει ο αθλητικός σύνδεσμος εργαζομένων Θεσσαλονίκης.

The Department of Human resources at Diamantis Masoutis S.A. pursues a policy of continuous training and education of its staff. The training relates to all the subjects with particular emphasis on the subject of sales, communication, teamwork, motivation, health and safety.

For 25 years now the Masoutis blood bank has been operating for the staff at the Ippokrateio Hospital, Thessaloniki. Each year 2 blood donations are made at the company's facilities.
